Double opt-in policy
Regulations exist that prevent businesses from sending unsolicited, promotional electronic e-mail messages (“spam”) to prospective customers without their permission. The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 require that businesses have some form of consent from prospective recipients before they send them any electronic communication. Inspirations want to be certain that everyone we contact has given their consent, which is why we operate a “double opt-in” policy. This means that once you have indicated that you would like to receive communications from us, whether via the internet, a form at an art fair or marketing campaign or by filling in our request book at the gallery, we will always ask for a second confirmation of this before including your details to our database. You will also be given a selection of options to help to define the amount of information you receive.
You will always have the option to unsubscribe at anytime, either via our communications, or directly via our web site.
Other web sites
Our web site may contain links to other web sites which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.
